Goodbye Summer, Hello Fall!
Since summer has finally come to an end and the kids are back in school, we’ve been trying to find ways to spend time together as a family amongst our busy schedules. We spent a lot of Friday nights this summer having “Movie Night” at our house and Bennett loved it. He has been begging me to watch the Ghostbusters lately. So, we settled on the old cartoon version, since I knew the real movie might actually scare him. I decided to turn our regular movie night with popcorn into a full-fledged Ghostbusters themed movie night, complete with our favorite HERSHEY ® candy from Walmart.
We bought themed pajamas for all of us (yes, they make them for adults, too!) but unfortunately, they didn’t have any that came in Sydney’s size. I didn’t want to leave her out, so I thought it would be funny if we dressed her up as a little Marshmallow Man and she absolutely loved it!
How to spice up your movie nights!
To add to our Halloween Ghostbusters night, I popped some popcorn and added it to this Slimer bowl. We added some “Ectoplasma Energy Drink” labels to some green juice bottles. Then added a logo to some green gelatin cups, and of course added in some of our favorite HERSHEY ® Treats!
I picked up the HERSHEY® 100 piece assortment at Walmart. Walmart is always the one-stop-shop for all things Halloween, all season long. The assortment bag gives you so many varieties – you can’t go wrong.
We all had so much fun! I thought this was such a great idea to get us all into the Halloween spirit! We have plenty of Hershey’s candy left over to give out on Halloween! However, I still plan to make a run back to Walmart to get a refill! I love Halloween time and it’s even more fun now that we have kids and can celebrate as a family.
No matter how you and your family celebrate Halloween, your celebration will be the best on the block with your favorite treats from HERSHEY® at Walmart, so be sure to stock up and enjoy them all season long!

What a fun family movie night! I love everything about this. My husband and I always keep Hershey candies in a bowl in our living room to snack on while we binge-watch or for guests when they want a little treat. It’s so fun to have it close by!
