Top, Skirt (old) J.Crew Factory, Shoes (old, similar here), Necklace
Hey y’all! If you’ve been following me for a while now you will know that I love to mixed prints. I was a little nervous about putting this top and skirt together because of all the pink involved, but I ended up absolutely loving this. I love this top (it comes in two colors, and I got both…as you probably saw here on Instagram) and loved the pops of hot pink. I got this skirt several years ago from the J.Crew Factory store and don’t ever really get the chance to wear it that much. It can be kind of hard to pair things with. (I paired it with this cute tee here a few summers ago, and honestly its probably the last time I wore it) I am always happy when I can dig things out of my closet and wear them with something new!
How do you feel about pattern mixing? I have been wanting to try pattern on pattern mixing, but I haven’t really gotten the chance to do it yet. I think I probably attempted it one day and thought it looked bad so I scratched that outfit. I used to think pattern mixing was really hard to do, and now I find myself constantly doing it with ease. If you’re wondering what I’m talking about when I saw “pattern on pattern” you can see a great example of what I mean, here.
Anyways, I hope you really like this pink on pink pattern mixing that I did hear. This blouse is currently on sale right now and is probably chilling out on the clearance rack at this point, so check it out! I hope you all have a wonderful week, be sure to check back later this week as I will be featuring some amazing Easter recipes!
LOVE this entire look! I used to print mix all the time and am seriously slacking. You’re giving me new motivation!
Pretty lady!!! You just know how to perfect a look!!!???
