Master Chef Marcus Samuelsson will be sharing secrets and stories from his new cookbook, The Red Rooster Cookbook: The Story of Food and Hustle in Harlem. There will be plenty of delicious samples to enjoy, along with performances from the Harlem-based band, The Rakiem Walker Project and the NYC-based dance group, W.A.F.F.L.E!
