?Cheerios. Every baby’s right of passage. I remember my mom telling me about how my first real food (besides baby food) was Cheerios. Cheerios have always been a family favorite in our household and I was excited to share this tradition with my son,
Bennett. ?In our home, we don’t just eat regular Cheerios anymore, we have switched over to the new Multigrain+Ancient Grains Cheerios (exclusive to Sam’s Club).
With only 5 grams of sugar, 17 grams of whole grains per serving, the new Multigrain + Ancient Grain Cheerios includes KAMUT wheat, spelt and quinoa. Eating healthy in our house is our number one priority, so I feel good about letting my baby
(and my husband and I) ?eat cereal with added nutritional value.
After the first time I let Bennett have dry Cheerios, I made myself a bowl. He took one look at my bowl and started whining. He now loves Cheerios with milk, so its nice that we can have breakfast together (even if he wants to eat out of my bowl the whole
time!) I love taking Cheerios with us on the go too. I take them out to eat with us and in the car as well. I’m trying to instill good eating habits in Bennett now while he is young, so one day he will be able to make healthy choices on his own (and
hopefully pass down the Cheerios tradition to his children!)
