Regardless of the new year, it’s always a great time to get in shape, but most importantly be healthy. To me, exercise should be about doing something you enjoy, so that you will stick to it. Making yourself go to a gym every day to run on a treadmill can be torturous if you absoloutely dread doing it. Try to find something that gets you moving and that you have fun with. One of my favorite ways to exercise is to get on my bike and take a little road trip to a destination spot (a historical landmark, the ice cream shop or to get breakfast)or to attend a hot yoga class when its extra cold outside.
