I can’t believe with the popularity of neon right now, that it was going to be so hard to find a pair of neon pumps. I have looked all over the internet, only finding a few pairs that cost several hundred dollars. I was at the mall this past week and was checking all the stores that I thought would have them…and to my surprise, no luck. I can’t remember the last time I went into JCPenney, but I went in and there they were! They had a low heel and they were on sale! I was so excited. I’ll be rocking these bad boys all the time now and I might even wear them to school this week! (Its our last full week)
